This has helped in advocating green growth strategies that supports in improving resource use and its efficiency while reducing poverty and promoting social inclusion. WCN aims in promoting and strengthening green enterprises in rural and urban areas by developing the capacity of enterprises willing to green themselves and by sharing the knowledge and best practices of green enterprises. WCN also develops and facilitates green business modules for local communities. We develop specialized nurseries, support in infrastructure and equipment development supported by skill building capacities, and provide market linkages. WCN has been actively involved in consolidating groups into enterprises to scale up climate friendly essential oil business, fodder plant production and cash crops.
