WCN has conducted several science-based researches of different kinds of habitats like high mountain wetlands like Parvati Kunda and Forests, urban areas as a habitat of urban birds, different ecologically important wildlife habitat of terai, etc. Based on the findings of such researches WCN helped communities to develop operational plans for sustainable management of natural resources and habitat management. Findings of such researches is the base for the future programs and activities of WCN.
