The momentum for a greener Nepal continues to grow! The Conclave on Circularity in Nepal II recently brought together policymakers, entrepreneurs, and youth leaders in Butwal to shift Lumbini Province toward a sustainable, circular economy.
Organized under the Roots of Circularity project and funded by the European Union, this event proved that circularity is more than a technical fix—it’s a vital mindset shift.

Event Highlights:
Innovation in Action: A trade fair featuring 30 enterprises showcased practical solutions, from eco-friendly packaging to upcycled materials. 

Policy for Progress: High-level dialogues with the EU Ambassador and Provincial Ministers explored aligning circularity with Nepal’s climate commitments. 

Youth Leadership: Students took center stage in "World Café" sessions, identifying as the next generation of innovators and change-makers.

From traditional practices of repair and reuse to modern green entrepreneurship, we are planting deep roots for a resource-efficient and climate-resilient Nepal.
