PROGRAMS
WCN has developed a policy framework (2007-2012) with the aim to protect, maintain and conserve biodiversity. All programs are based on environment, nature conservation and protection of endangered wildlife species.
WCN’s programs promote conservation, sustainable livelihoods, conflict mitigation, education and equity in sharing of natural resources; strengthen linkages amongst line agencies; and sensitize people towards protection of natural heritage with main focus on forest, grassland, wet land, rural and urban ecosystem.
